The Opportunity:
We're in search of a detail-oriented and client-focused Transaction Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate Broker team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions from start to finish. In this role, you'll be expected to develop strong relationships with clients and serve as an expert consultant, helping to close deals that meet or exceed our clients' expectations. To be successful in this role, you must have thorough knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, including market trends, financial analysis, and the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously. You must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Transactions: Coordinate every aspect of the transaction to ensure smooth execution and successful completion.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Utilize scheduling tools to track key deadlines and structure your workday around transaction milestones.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates with a professional and upbeat attitude.
  • Document Management: Ensure all transaction documents are organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Collaboration: Support the President and brokers on large, complicated deals that make a lasting impact on the city.
  • Maintain Transaction Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all active deals, effortlessly recalling important details as transactions progress.
  • Problem Solving & Initiative: Proactively identify potential challenges in the transaction process and develop solutions before they become issues.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 3 years as a commercial real estate transaction manager or equivalent experience.
  • Licensing: Valid Salesperson license in Georgia or other relevant states.
  • Strong experience in managing commercial real estate transactions.
  • Impeccable Organizational Skills: Capable of juggling multiple tasks without missing a detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with transaction management tools like Pipedrive, Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word), e-sign platforms (Adobe, DocuSign).
  • A team player with a positive attitude and passion for community impact.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
