Transaction Analyst - Commercial Real Estate
DTSpade is seeking professionals who wish to broaden their knowledge of commercial real estate brokerage and/or consulting. Transaction Analysts provide support on real estate transactions and will have the opportunity to grow business within the team. We offer an innovative on-the-job training program which involves Transaction Analysts in deals within the Managing Partner’s team in a fast moving, dynamically organized setting. Individuals graduating from the Transaction Analyst position have experience 2-3x their peer group and can rapidly advance within the firm.
The Transaction Analyst position is the springboard to becoming a high performing broker and is suited for a well-organized, self-starter who aspires to be a leader in the industry. This position is ideal for someone with demonstrated professional growth in a finance, consulting, or sales position and has the desire for continued learning in the commercial real estate industry.
What you can expect as a Transaction Analyst:
- Real estate brokerage skills training, including Lipsey videos + testing, proprietary simulation training,
- Prospective/discovery training with direct feedback call training,
- An advanced technology platform that includes CoStar National, LoopNet, ArcGIS and other industry databases to effectively build your business,
- Research tools such as articles and Webinar invitations that provide value proposition in client interactions,
- Organizational support – Managing Broker, Marketing, Research/GIS, Administrative, and

Responsibilities Include:
- Client discovery and lead generation for one or two verticals through outbound/inbound calls and networking
- Manage / track lead generation through Pipedrive
- Industry research through polling or data gathering to determine client suitability
- Conduct research on buyer’s commercial real estate needs
- Reports to Senior Brokerage Partner on their team
- Interface with Clients
- Client tours
- Sending RFPs, collections LOIs, and underwriting proposals in excel
Preferred Qualities Include:
- Some Real Estate experience
- Live in the Atlanta Metro Area, with reliable transportation
- College graduate or soon-to-be graduate
- Licensed real estate salesperson
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Strategic Thinker
- True entrepreneurial spirit with an out-going personality
- Genuine interest in Healthcare, Government, and/or Private Equity fields
